Fitzwilliam Museum

Some call the Fitztwilliam Museum one of Europe's greatest small museums. It was founded in 1816 by the bequest of the 7th Viscount Fitzwilliam. It is near the University Of Cambridge in central Cambridge on Trumpington Road. The focus is on the arts and antiquities which has grown considerably since the original collection

Admission is free and the Museum attracts over 300,000 visitors annually. Don't trip over the Henry Moore sculpture reclining in the garden.
